Postage Rates & Tracking

1. Postage cost will depends on the weight of the items purchased and your location.
2. Postage cost will be included in the price quotation when you place your order. You can use the website below as reference, but the final postage & packaging cost will be quoted by us.
3. If you wish to track your shipment, please ask for the parcel no. from us. Click on 'Track & Trace' in the website below, select appropriate product (e-Parcel) and enter the tracking code (CPxxxxxxxxxMY).
4. For overseas customers, we usually ship via Pos Malaysia as Registered Airmail (item less than 500grams) or Airmail Parcel which will take about 10 or more days to reach destination.
5. You can only track & trace the item on Pos Malaysia website below before it left Malaysia. Then you should track & trace the item at your local postal service website. UK = Parcelforce, US = USPS, Ireland = An Post, Germany = DHL, Japan = JP Post, Singapore = SingPost and so on.

Kos Pos

1. Kos pos bergantung kepada berat barangan yang dibeli dan lokasi ianya akan dihantarkan.
2. Kos pos akan diberikan bersama sebutharga setelah anda menghantarkan pesanan. Anda boleh gunakan website di atas sebagai rujukan tetapi kos pos & pembungkusan akan kami tentukan. Kos Poslaju boleh rujuk pada jadual di bawah.
3. Sekiranya anda ingin menyemak barangan yang telah dipos, sila minta nombor poslaju/parcel dari kami. Klik pada 'Track & Trace' di website di atas, pilih jenis pos dan masukkan kod yang diberikan.
